Carolyn Murphy has almost 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry. She has participated in implementing phone and voice mail systems ranging from 5 to 3000 stations, in the Quebec, Canadian and US markets and has had the privilege of working in for Multinational businesses as well as Call Centers. Some of the largest manufacturers in the telecom industry call on her to assist in consulting, system design, and to build personalized bilingual training programs. From end users to system administrators, from the system review to post cutover support, Mrs. Murphy offers support on traditional and IP systems, voice mail and call centers. She has also created a series of conferences dealing with customer service, telephone etiquette, voice mail and phones, all of which are aimed at attaining perfection in customer service. Each conference can be personalized to suit your business communication needs.
